• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to htv777 must be funded from payment sources held in the Player's own name. htv777 does not accept third-party deposits. Players are responsible for confirming which payment methods are currently available in the cashier, as availability may change without notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the htv777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account limits.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games in a manner not sanctioned by htv777.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or misconfigured game parameters ("bug abuse").
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds while circumventing their intended purpose.
• Providing false personal information, including identity documents, during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or in violation of applicable AML legislation.
• Facilitating access by minors or any other ineligible person to your htv777 account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the htv777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, trademarks and service marks — is the intellectual property of htv777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the htv777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from htv777.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, htv777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any gambling losses.

htv777 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by htv777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

htv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period as defined in the operator's dormant account policy.
• Requirement to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
• Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for cause, htv777 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts owed to htv777, subject to completed KYC and AML review.
